They never disappoint, the server is excellent, and I look forward to seeing him each visit. I usually try the burger of the month, which turns out to be an adventure. Hidden gem in Clayton. A must try.

Great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. It took us a second to find a spot to park on the street. We were seated pretty quickly. They have indoor and outdoor seating along with a bar. We got the 5 star burger, patty melts my heart and some fries to share. Both of the burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The chopped chillies added the perfect amount of spice to the patty melt. The restaurant is family friendly and had a kids menu. The service was a bit slow but they were busy.

Food is always delicious, and well priced! The five star burger is worthy of its name. The sweet potato fries with the aioli are INCREDIBLE! Service can be a bit slow at times (it seems to be mostly younger servers), but it's worth the wait.

Stopping on a family vacation road trip. Cute little spot in part of St. Louis. Not really sure directionally but it is really nice all around the area. The place is small with parking out front street side or in the back. We tried and shared three burgers, the Mushroom and Swiss, bison and a breakfast style one. All were delicious and cooked perfectly at a requested medium preference. Fries and cheese curds topped us off paired with any condiments you wanted. All the servers were friendly and taking care of everyone regardless of it being their table or not. Thanks for a great lunch!

First time trying this place as it is conveniently located close to my job. Decent size place that offers indoor and outdoor seating which is always a plus in my book! Upon arrival I wasn't greeted, stood there for quite a bit actually. The person in front of me got seated and they never came back to seat me. Luckily there were spots at the bar so I took that instead. The lady bartender was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service! I opted for the Gateway Burger medium-well that was cooked to perfection. The temperature was right on. The burger lacked seasoning just a little bit the toppings were fresh and the bun was perfect. The fries were nice and crisp! Though they were packed, the food came out really fast!

Went here with my wife and Grandchildren. My wife and I both ordered the burger special of the month which was a half pound hamburger with seasoned green beans and Bulgogi sauce and two egg rolls. It was absolutely delicious. Grandkids enjoyed their hot dogs and chicken fingers. I tried them both and the hot dogs were first rate and the fried chicken (dipped in bulgogi sauce) was to die for! We ordered 5 of the $1 ice cream cones and they were much larger than expected and wonderful. Service was excellent. If you haven't tried 5 Star Burger go now!

This is the absolute best place to go for 3-5 pm happy hour in the St. Louis area! It is so affordable and kiddo friendly- the sliders are such a good deal and absolutely delicious. Our service was a little slow but it was also busy and I believe we had someone new serving us. We got street parking because we got there early enough- but should be easy enough to find. This price cannot be beat half price beers and discounted cocktails and wine!

5 Star Burgers will hit the spot for your burger craving. The concept doesn't reinvent the wheel, but is satisfying nonetheless. I ordered the The Gateway Burger with a side of fries and I thought it was delicious. If I'm being real, I think the burgers (and not including any side!) were pricey, but I will say the ambiance of sitting outside on their lit patio, looking out at Clayton, helped me stomach the bill.
